Beth Sloan

Christian Life Coach

As a Certified Life Coach I build up women who:

~Recover Quicker. (ie. become more resilient)

Bad things will happen. You will get stuck in traffic. A loved one might get sick. And I guarantee you WILL have difficult people in your life. But what do you do with all of that? How long will you spin in frustration, anxiety, and resentment? My clients are learning to recover quicker so they can get on with the life God has called them to.

~Think Clearer.

When you don't know your identity, you usually make decisions from confusion instead of confidence. And that will always lead to more confusion. Through Life Coaching I will help you find your identity and help you start building habits based on your identity.  This leads to so much clarity.

~Dream Bigger.

And once my clients experience life as they recover quicker and think clearer they have so much more mental energy to dream. It's exciting to see what's in their hearts and minds and what God has called them to. Each of us was made for MORE but we often don't know how to get there.

About Beth:

"I'm called to encourage women"

In 2022, I graduated with my Christian Life Coach Certification through Dr Edie Wadsworth's Life Mentoring School Certification program.  I help women where they feel stuck (in a rut!) and help them move toward more healthy relationships with everyone in their life (including themselves).

I'm a Jesus girl,  wife of an amazing husband, and mom of 3 grown sons, and grandmother to 3 grandsons.  I am called to encourage women and I've found Life Coaching to be an incredible way to do that.

"After one time of coaching with Beth, I feel like... I have HOPE. She helped me realize my thoughts around an issue I was making bigger than it really was.  She also helped me to give myself grace through (a season of) healing."  - Tara K.

"Beth is an amazing life coach!  She listened to me and held space for me, even when I didn't think I had anything I needed to deal with at that moment!  Beth was compassionate when she helped me realize those "sneaky thoughts" I was trying to ignore.  She gently got me to see that I am still a work in progress and yes, even coaches need coaching!" - Amanda O.
